Hi everyone, Martin here just dropping you an update that we have fixed the IT problems which were hindering the New Membership form from being completed. Everything is back running as it should be.
The problem was caused by a software update which forced you to fill in a text box which wasn’t actually enabled or visible on the Membership form.
The problem is now resolved and I will monitor the Membership forms for a week or so to ensure we are getting new members through the door rapidly.
Also of note, we are currently performing some Search Engine optimisation, which will hopefully bring us further to the top of the list for Caravan Club searches – The potential for new customers off Google is something we cannot ignore and the Touring Caravan Club will soon be a force to be reckoned with in the Google domain.
